No Yeast No Egg Burger Buns.
They’re so delicious and so easy to make with just a few simple staple ingredients!
Much better than the store-bought stuff! πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜

Ingredients

Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix it together. πŸ₯£

  • Step 2

    Add Curd / Yoghurt in 2-3 batches 🍢

  • Step 3

    Now apply some olive oil on hand and knead the dough for minimum 10 mins 🍲(this step is very important do not skip this)

  • Step 4

    Divide dough into 4 parts and make round buns.

  • Step 5

    Place the buns in a baking tray with parchment paper and apply milk on the buns using a brush

  • Step 6

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180*c for 30-40 mins or cook in a pan for 35-45 mins on a low flame until it becomes brown.

Tips & variations

  • Since its Yeast less bun this bun will not soft spongy & fluffy as compare to with yeast buns.

  • You have this bun on the same day otherwise it becomes hard.
