After all that heavy calorie weekend eating, it’s time to slow down and eat simple and healthy. I whipped up a simple lettuce salad recipe that can never go wrong. This salad has a fresh crunch from lettuce, cucumber, tomato, mango and oranges. It’s very easy to put together and has amazing flavours, healthy and works perfectly for lunch or early dinner.
I always find salads creative and balanced, healthy, tasty and a simple fulfilling meal, easy to prepare, fresh and rich with nutrients.

Whisk together all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and keep aside
Now thoroughly wash lettuce leaves in cold water, drain well & dry them up with the kitchen towel
In a salad bowl, add lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, oranges, blackberries and mangoes and toss well
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well
Add croutons and seeds n the top while serving
Serve chilled!
