Especially Monday’s lunch is so boring to make. losing hangover of the weekend and focusing on work. Here is my instant pasta recipe which is super easy to make and ready in just 10 mins. Give it a try if you are pasta lover. πππ
Heat 2 TBSP olive oil in a pan
Add Chopped Carrots, Bell Peppers and Onion and saute for 1 minute
Add Tomato, boiled sweet corn and 1 TBSP garlic butter and mix it well. Let it cook for 2 minutes
Add Oregano, Parsley, Red chilli pepper, crushed black pepper and salt. mix it well
Add Hot sauce and tomato ketchup for a tangy taste
Add parmesan cheese. Mix it together and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame
Add boiled panner paste mix it well and served
Use chopped garlic instead of garlic butter
Add cheddar cheese if you don't have parmesan cheese
